Smiles Tickets Issuance
Check the ways to issue your Smiles Ticket and
see below how to request it:
• e-ticket
Smiles: it is the fastest and easiest way to travel. When asking
for your Smiles award we will send you the electronic ticket (e-ticket)
to your e-mail address registered in Smiles account, which must be shown
directly at the check-in¹ counter together with an ID¹. You
dispatch your suitcase, pick up your boarding pass and have a nice trip!
• TOD (Ticket on Departure):
if you prefer, you may request the ticket issuance through the
Smiles Service Center (please
check service hours) and pick it up at VARIG´s airport ticket
office² up to two hours prior of your departure time.
(1) If you do not receive this receipt by e-mail, it might be requested
at VARIG´s airport ticket office. The ID is valid for domestic
flights within Brazil and in some countries of South America. For
international flights the passport must be shown
with the e-ticket that will be required at the immigration during
your boarding and also when landing at your destination. For further
information, please get in touch with the Smiles
Service Center. (2) At
the airports where this facility is available. |

By internet:
Just click on "On-line Ticket" icon at Smiles
home page and insert your Smiles number and pin code. At first,
the requests through this channel are available only for domestic
segments with VARIG and just for Smiles cardholder traveling alone
or with up to 3 companions.

Smiles Service Centers:
Just keep in hands Smiles card number and pin code to request the
Smiles Ticket issuance to the member himself or others. It is necessary
to inform the credit card number (member´s or passenger´s),
issued in Brazil for charge of departure taxes. Check
here the working hours of Smiles Service Centers.

VARIG Offices:
The VARIG offices issue Smiles Tickets for the member himself personally
or by others authorized by him. Check below the documents necessary
to be shown in the moment of issuance at the ticket office: |
When the member himself goes to an office:
- An original of his Smiles Card;
- An original of his/her id document*.
When the member authorizes a third party to issue his ticket:
- A copy of the member Smiles Card;
- A copy of the member id document*;
- Submissionn of the representative's original id document* plus one copy;
- An original authorization duly signed by the Smiles Member to the effect
of issuing Smiles Tickets by third parties. Smiles
Tickets issuance for others
will be processed only if requested personally by
the cardholder carrying the following documents:
- An original of his Smiles
Card;
- An original of his/her id document*.

the Smiles Service
Center or go to a VARIG ticket office.
