AWARD TICKET ISSUANCE

 

Attention:

You must be logged to the Smiles system in order to issue Award Tickets. Issuance is not available at Gol and Varig stores in airports.

 


Internet:
Just click on the icon “Issue Ticket” at Smiles homepage and insert the card number and password.

 


Smiles Service Center:
Have in hands the Smiles card number and the password to request the Awards Ticket issuing for the member or for third ones. It is also necessary to inform the credit card number (belonging to the member or to the passenger) issued in Brazil for debt of departure taxes.


CHAT SMILES
To issue your Awards Ticket through this channel, you must access the "My Smiles" area, include card number and password and select the Online Customer Service.
