Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotion allows Smiles Members to fly to destinations within Brazil and abroad, except for Fernando de Noronha, Aruba, Barbados, Curacao and Punta Cana on flights operated by VRG Linhas Aereas SA with the Gol and Varig brands, upon debit from their Smiles account of 4,000 (four thousand) miles each way within Brazil and 6,000 (six thousand) miles each way for international flights carried out between August 3 to October 31, 2010;

2. This promotion does not include: boarding fees, Governmental tax and/or other handling fees and these shall be paid by client;

3. Smiles members may purchase tickets in this promotion for themselves or for others, upon Smiles member authorization;

4. This promotion is valid only for routes operated by VRG Linhas Aereas SA with the Gol and Varig brands, except for Fernando de Noronha, Aruba, Barbados, Curacao and Punta Cana;

5. Ticket issuance is immediate and may be carried out from July 16 to October 31, 2010 and is subject to seat availability in the class assigned to the Smiles program within the promotional period;

6. The trip must be taken within the promotion validity period: From August 3 to October 31, 2010;

7. Some dates and routes may be more difficult to confirm. Therefore, we recommend that ticket issuance be requested in advance of the departure date;

8. Stopovers (intermediate stops) are not permitted in any travel direction;

9. Flights on this promotion are not valid for mileage accrual on the Smiles Program;

10. Class upgrades are not allowed, be it in miles or cash;

11. Tickets for this promotion must be issued through the www.smiles.com.br website;

12. Discounts for children 0 to 12 years of age (CHD and INF) are not applicable on this promotion;

13. Smiles tickets for the Reduced Miles Promotion shall be issued per route and are not valid for mileage accrual;

14. Tickets issued for this promotion are not endorsable and are subject to date change, rerouting and refunds:

a. Date change - is permitted provided that change is made within the promotion period (issuance and departure), and the trip must also occur within the promotion validity period, upon payment of BRL 50.00 (fifty reais) for tickets issued in Brazil and USD 30.00 or the equivalent in applicant's local currency, for tickets issued outside of Brazil, on the date of change request. Fees will be charged per ticket. Date change involving greater or lesser values than the original award ticket should be treated as a refund followed by new issuance.

b. Rerouting - is permitted provided that the change is made within the promotion period (issuance and departure), for applicable routes and the trip must also occur within the promotion validity period, upon payment of BRL 50.00 (fifty reais) for tickets issued in Brazil and USD 30.00 or the equivalent in applicant's local currency, for tickets issued outside of Brazil, on the date of change request. Fees will be charged per ticket. Rerouting involving greater or lesser values than the original award ticket should be treated as a refund followed by new issuance.

c. Refund – after the use of the first route, no subsequent route will be refunded, even if it has not yet been used. If the round-trip ticket remains unused, within the promotion period, refunds may be requested up to one year from the issue date upon payment of BRL 50.00 (fifty reais) for tickets issued in Brazil and USD 30.00 or the equivalent in applicant's local currency, on the date of change request, for tickets issued outside of Brazil, and the fee will be charged per ticket.
