7. Administrative fees shall be applicable for changes in date, route (re-routing) and reimbursements of Smiles Awards, on the basis of the current schedule at that time. The Smiles participant shall be able to find this information on the schedule, available at all times, when purchasing a ticket from the Smiles Customer Relations Service Center, by calling the telephones 55 11 4003 7001 (Blue and Silver participants), or 55 11 4003 7007 (Gold and Diamond participants) . Phone numbers for other countries can be located at the Smiles site.

The Smiles Program Regulations shall come into effect on October 19, 2008 (inclusive) as a product of VRG Linhas Aéreas, in replacement and cancellation of the prior regulations.
