SMILES AWARD TABLE

A. One Way Smiles Ticket Table(*)

B. Any Day One Way Smiles Ticket Table(*)

(*) Smiles Ticket and Any-Day Smiles Ticket Tables may be amended without prior notice and shall apply as per availability of VRG Linhas Aéreas' network.

General Conditions:
1. Smiles Tickets and Any Day Smiles Tickets are only valid for the routes operated by VRG Linhas Aéreas operated by the brands GOL or VARIG within South America .

2. Stopovers are not allowed (any intermediary stop between departure and destination).

 

3. As many as 4 (four) connecting flights between the departure and destination will be permitted. Connections on domestic routes are regarded as any interval between one flight and another that as long as 4 (four) hours.

4. Smiles Tickets and Any Day Smiles Tickets may be issued for one segment only, whether departure or return, and exclusively for the South American territory.

 

5. Blackout periods for Smiles Tickets and Any Day Smiles Tickets on VRG Linhas Aéreas S/A flights operated by the brands GOL or VARIG may be changed, suspended or introduced at the VRG Linhas Aéreas discretion and without notice.

 

6. Change of Reservation / Rerouting / Reimbursement

This applies to Smiles Tickets and Any Day Smiles Tickets.

 

6.1 Change of Reservation after ticket issuance – Is allowed change concerning flight and date, but keeping same origin and destination, for unused or partially used awards , during ticket validity upon payment of a fee in the current amount at that time through the Smiles Call Center or at VRG Linhas Aéreas stores identified by the brands GOL or VARIG by members themselves or a representative of theirs (holding personal documents of the member). Validity of the Smiles or Smile Any Day tickets updated with new flight and date shall be the same as the original issuance. Information regarding required documentation and the amount of the administrative fee for changing the flight/date can be acquired from the Smiles Customer Service Center .

 

6.2 Changes in itinerary for routes having the same award value – Changes in route, changes in origin and destination of flights are permitted, if they have the same number of miles according to the Smiles Awards Schedule for unused awards or partially used awards within their respective validity terms, upon payment of a fee in the current amount at that time, which the participant or his/her representative (in possession of the participant's personal documents) can obtain by contacting the Smiles Customer Service Center or the VRG Linhas Aéreas stores, identified by the brands GOL or VARIG . Validity of the Smiles or Smiles Any Day tickets updated with a new route shall be the same as the original issuance. Information regarding required documentation and the amount of the administrative fee for changing the itinerary can be acquired by contacting the Smiles Customer Service Center .

 

6.2.1- Change in Itinerary and parameters for higher or lower value awards in miles: This is permitted only in relation to unused Smiles Ticket and Smile Any Day Ticket, and within their validity term. The participant must request reimbursement of the award (see 6.3) and request new Smiles Award through the Smiles Customer Service Center or at the VRG Linhas Aéreas stores identified by the brands GOL or VARIG.

 

6.3 Reimbursement - Reimbursement may only be requested for unused valid Smiles Ticket and Smiles Any Day Ticket, upon payment of a fee in the amount current at that time. Only valid miles will be returned to the Smiles member account. Reimbursement may be requested through any Smiles Call Center or the VRG Linhas Aéreas stores, identified by the brands GOL or VARIG by members or a representative of theirs (holding personal documents of the member). Information on mile validity, the necessary documents and amount of the reimbursement administrative fee may be obtained from any Smiles Call Center .

 

The Smiles Program Regulations shall come into effect on October 19, 2008 (inclusive) as a product of VRG Linhas Aéreas, in replacement and cancellation of the prior regulations
