Plants
Customers who want to carry plants on GOL flights should consult the competent bodies in advance to verify the need to issue documents authorizing the transport of this material.
On international flights, the plants need to be checked, in other words, they cannot be boarded as carry-on baggage. On domestic flights, however, plants are usually boarded as carry-on baggage. However, depending on its weight and size, it will have to be checked.
When taking them as carry-on baggage, it is important to take some precautions:

- it is necessary to use common sense when carrying plants that exude odors, so as not to disturb other passengers.
Check out the following specific guidelines for transporting plants, according to the type of flight (domestic or international):
Domestic flights
Refer to your state’s Department of Agriculture to check the law and the documents needed for transporting plants.
International flights
Refer to the Ministry of Agriculture to check the current law and the documents needed for transporting plants.
