Flight credit requests shall be made in case the credit hasn?t occurred in a 72 hours period after the flight boarding date. In order to check if mile credits were made in your Smiles account, access the option ACCOUNT STATEMENT in the My Smiles section. In case the credits haven?t been made within the stipulated period (72 hours after the flight boarding date), require the regularization of your credits by filling in the flight(s) data in the fields below.

Airline Partners

Miles earned on  airline partners Air France, KLM and American Airlines, will be credited within seven days from the date of the flight, provided  the Smiles Card number was informed at the time of reservation or check-in.  Retroactive credit may be requested up to six months from the date of travel, by filling in the fields below and mailing a copy of the original ticket and the disembarkation card, via registered mail, to:
