For a short period, the Smiles Customer Service Center will undergo some changes to serve you better. Therefore, from March 15 to May 10, 2010*, the Service Center will issue tickets only for Partner Airlines. Gol and Varig tickets shall be issued through the Smiles website.
If you have never issued tickets through the website, you need not worry. We have prepared a step by step that will make this process even easier. Just check every step and redeem your tickets.
First, here are some important items for the process:
- Have your renewed your registration with the Program?
If you have updated your info after October 16, 2010 or enrolled after this date, the registration renewal is not required. Otherwise, reregister here.
- Have your Smiles number and password always on hand.
If you do not have a Smiles number and password, renew registration now. Click here.
If you do not have your password, you must:
a) Have the number of your Smiles card at hand,
b) Click on the "Smiles Passwords" icon on the home page, at the top bar on the right hand side.
- Is your mileage balance sufficient to issue Smiles Awards?
