We have news that will change your destination. Now you, as a Smiles member, will have the opportunity to accumulate mileage every time you fly Air France or KLM.

Gol and Air France have signed this strategic agreement to offer Smiles members the opportunity to earn even more miles traveling to new destinations around the world. Together, both Groups offer 3300 daily flights to approximately 300 destinations in 114 countries, with complementary, non-duplicated route networks.

Mileage rules:

- The minimum miles added per flight will be 1000 miles. For flights longer than 1000 miles the actually flown miles will credited to the mileage.

- Miles accrue is subject to confirmation and change, such information is available to Smiles Participants when buying the ticket.

- Flights from miles redemption are not valid for accruing on the program.

- Mileage acquired through Air France/ KLM flights will not be valid for card level upgrade.

- Bonuses of Silver (25%), Gold (50%) and Diamond (100%) cards do not apply to Air France/KLM flights.

- Mileage will be credited within 7 days after the flight, provided the Smiles card number is informed at reservation or at check in. Retroactive credits may be requested within six months of the travel date.  To receive the retroactive credits, a copy of the original ticket and boarding pass must be sent, via registered mail, to:

• Smiles Members flying Air France/KLM will not be allowed to use Air France/KLM VIP Room.

• Excess luggage benefits and differentiated services provided to Silver, Gold and Diamond Smiles Members are not valid for Air France/KLM flights.
