- When presenting your Smiles ticket, it shall have the booking confirmed in the desired flight, date and route.

- In case you need to alter the flight, date or route of an already issued ticket it is necessary to book and confirm the new itinerary so that the original ticket is reissued. It will only be possible upon payment of administrative taxes (flight alteration: US$ 25.00 and route alteration: US$ 40.00).

This will only be possible upon payment of administrative fees as per the table below:

- Stand-by departures are not allowed, what means, without booking and/or ticket previously issued in the desired flight.
